Intention
This meditation is about shifting our daily path of action to a daily path of intention. This is a step that can change everything.
Intention changes the energy of whatever it touches, changing all the facets of that movement to reflect one thing. Intention works with or without our consciousness, our awareness. It is set with nearly everything we do, before doing it and everything we create or become is colored with intention. It becomes the way the action is sent and all that it impacts receive that message. Consciously or unconsciously, the impact is felt with that action.
Oprah said, "Intention is one with cause and effect. Intention determines outcome. And if you are stuck and not moving forward, you have to check the thought and the action that created the circumstance."
Intention can be a tool as well. Setting intention to create something, accomplish something, or become something. The intention becomes the energy behind what happens, and with loving intention the powerful force becomes a greater gift than could ever be without it.
Use intentions in your day, practice with something simple, like being on time, or being loving, or getting the to do list done. It's powerful synchronizer with time and space!
