Alison pulito
Alison is a highly intutive channel, having worked as a pure vessel for divine healing energies for more than a decade. During sessions she is able to read the energy of the subtle bodies (Prana, Chakras and Aura) to determine the source of imbalance or distortion in the mind, body, and spirit.
As energetic beings we are constantly in flow with or interacting with the world around us through the lens of our own energy field. Within this field we filter the world around us and also reflect how the world sees us.
Imbalances, of the subtle field, mental, emotional or physical can be a refleciton of our true nature, past experiences, beliefs or conditions in life.
Alison is certified in Usui Reiki at a Master level, and she also teaches all levels of Reiki. She is certified in LifeForce Energy Work, Intuitive Listening, Medical Intuition, and as a Meditation teacher. She is a graduate of the Bella Vita Yoga Teacher Training (200 hour), and is a Shaman in Munay Kai, working with the energies of the Earth and the Ancestors. Alison works closely with the angelic realm in all of her work and is a medium connected to that realm.
She is committed to seeing the soul within each human, helping the lightworkers and wayshowers on the planet to find their mission and their soul story; helping to align their unique light path.

Stephanie practices Reiki healing techniques to clear the body of the excess societal ‘noise,’ limiting beliefs and energetic clutter that causes stuckness, anxiety and other physical and mental ailments, clearing the way for you to hear your inner voice, feel centered, clear and anxiety free. Working in mainstream corporate culture while maintaining a connected spiritual practice allows Stephanie to easily connect spiritual guidance and ground it into everyday wisdom for navigating the world we live in.

Meghan dell
Meghan was fortunate to stumble across the ancient Japanese healing technique, Reiki, at SHIFT Charlotte in 2018. She became a certified Reiki Master under Alison Pulito. The practice has enriched her life and the lives of her family. Helping others on their journey to heal emotionally, physically and spiritually has blessed her with the life purpose she was searching for. In addition to Energy Healing, Meghan is also certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach. Teaching her small children how and why to eat the colors of the rainbow makes her soul smile. She also savors class time at iShine Yoga and soaking in small moments of laughter with her family of four.

Shawn McStravick
Shawn was drawn to Reiki looking for more balance and harmony in her life. She found it to be such a powerful tool in her healing journey, connecting to her inner wisdom and remembering who she is. Reiki is such a beautiful way to open and balance every aspect of our being and allow the body's natural ability to heal itself. Her goal is to support others on their path of awakening and connection with self, with a focus in conscious parenting. Using Shamanic healing practices of the Munay-Ki, Shawn can guide you in releasing what no longer serves you, embracing more love and living in your true nature.
