Reiki Level 1 - Healing the Self - Connecting to Life Force Energy and Purpose for Healing

Reiki is life force energy, available to everyone. This energy is used for our own growth and expansion. This energy, vital life force, prana, connects us to higher consciousness, to purpose and our own healing. Reiki attunement increases connection and intuition up to 30%. This class covers energy, consciousness, universal forces and the soul.

Listen to your heart and feel the energy within for the purpose of healing and seeing your body, mind, and spirit as a whole energy being. Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to the concepts and techniques of Reiki. You will learn to clear and balance your own chakras and energy field. Tuning into your own energy and that of Reiki will bring you a new life-changing energy connection for balance and connection.

During this training, Alison will attune you to the energy of Reiki in a way that connects you to the Divine source energy and the collective energy of Reiki.

Level 1 is for personal use. Level 2 allows for working with the energy of others.
